ASRI Living – your one-stop loyalty app that is easy, convenient, and fully digital. Previously known as SedayuOne, ASRI Living is the loyalty app that connects all ASRI malls and other projects, which include PIK Avenue, Mall of Indonesia, Grand Galaxy Park, as well as the upcoming Ashta and Hublife. This new version of the app — will will be continuously improved and updated —  provides many improved features that you can easily use from registration to redemption.

All customer can be our member with only download our app on play store or app store and register with your name, email, and phone number.

You can get more information about our malls and tenant promo, Automatic Collect Points, instant Rewards (E-voucher, Goodies, Shopping Program), Birthday Treat (40 points every year), and Special Rewards from participated Tenants and Business Partners – Exclusive Parking Privilege

Change your account name, email, PIN, photo, and phone number in your ASRI Living app by choosing Profile Picture at homepage screen, then click edit (pencil icon)

If you’re unable to change your profile because your email/number has been not verified in ASRI Living app, you can contact our customer service at ASRI Malls.

To check your transaction history on the ASRI Living app, open your profile page from homepage screen then click History (clock icon) button and you will find your last history transaction.

*you can click history transaction to see the detail of transaction

To check your point expired date on the ARI Living app, open your profile page from homepage screen then you can find point expired date below your point balance.

You can get point by shopping at ASRI Malls (Mall Of Indonesia, Grand Galaxy Park Bekasi, PIK Avenue, ASTHA, HUBLIFE) with minimum purchase IDR 100.000 for 1 point or IDR 50.000 for 1 point at #PASARMOI, Dotonburi, and Foodpark

Just click “Forgot your PIN?” at enter your PIN section and we will send email for reset PIN.

Cannot, because every member need to registration with ID Card
