To check your Koins information and their expiration date, simply follow these steps:
- Open the ASRI Living App.
- Navigate to the Koins Menu: Tap on the Koins icon located at the top right corner of the homepage.
You’ll find all the details you need about your Koins, including their expiration status!
Earning Koins is easy! Here’s how:
- Take Photos of Your Receipts: Use the app to capture images of your shopping receipts.
- Receipt Processing: Our OCR system will validate the receipts automatically.

- Open the App: Go to the homepage screen.
- Select Profile Picture: Tap on your profile picture.
- Click Edit: Tap the pencil icon to make changes to your account name, email, PIN, photo, and phone number.
If you can’t edit your profile due to unverified email or phone number, please contact our customer service at ASRI Malls for assistance.
To view your transaction history in the ASRI Living app, follow these steps:
- Open the App: Go to the homepage screen.
- Access Your Profile: Tap on your profile page.
- Click on History: Select the clock icon to view your recent transactions.
For more details on any specific transaction, just click on it to see the full information!
If you forget your PIN, don’t worry! Simply click on “Forgot your PIN?” in the PIN entry section. We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your PIN.
No, it is not permitted to create multiple accounts. Each member must register using their ID card, which ensures that every account is unique and tied to an individual.
You need to verify your ASRI Living account before you can fully use our app, including voucher redemption.
