ASRI Living Koins will expire on March 31st 2026

1. ASRI Living Koins earned and accumulated from 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025 will expire on 31 March 2026.

2. ASRI Living Koins earned and accumulated from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 will expire on 31 December 2026.

3. ASRI Living members are encouraged to redeem their available Koins for rewards in the app, including Promo E-Vouchers, Partner Koins, and Free Parking

4. Koin collection through Mobile Collect and/or Concierge will close at 9:00 PM WIB on 31 December 2025.

5. Any issues that occur during the ASRI Living App koin collection process through Mobile Collect ASRI Living will be addressed on the same day as date the information is received.

6. All transactions for the redemption of purchase receipts that exceed the time limit and do not comply with the above provisions cannot be processed for any reason.
